This page presents the Band Makers Music Academy app — designed and demonstrated by Alan Productions. What you'll find below is a fully interactive front-end demo: every screen and every button works, exactly as the finished app will feel. The backend comes next.
Band Makers runs on relationships — a student, a teacher, a weekly slot that becomes a ritual. The app protects that. Booking a month of lessons takes under a minute; managing your children's instruments, packages and schedules lives in one place instead of a phone-call chain.
Everything here is drawn from the academy's own brand — the yellow, the guitar, the voice — and from how the branches actually work: real packages, real teachers' calendars, real payment rails. Nothing generic, nothing borrowed.
Private one-on-one sessions, the same day and time every week — the app turns that rhythm into a product.
Branch, instrument, teacher, time — a guided flow that reads like a conversation, not a form.
Payment, receipts, reminders, renewals and the one-week slot hold — automatic, invisible, on time.
The app gets out of the way. Next session on the home screen, teacher's notes in the inbox.
This phone is running the real interface — tap through it. Sign in, land on home, book a full package end-to-end, register for a concert, add a child, manage every setting. Every button goes somewhere.

Lessons, band formations, events, rehearsals & live performances — for all ages.

Every screen is drawn twice — once for iOS, once for Android — on the same system: the academy's guitar mark, one accent, condensed headlines, and the handwritten line that keeps it human. These are the working sheets.

The system ships as two siblings on the same design language — one for the families, one for the house. Same guitar, same yellow, two jobs.
Booking, packages, family profiles, events and concert tickets, reminders and receipts — the app in the demo above.
Teachers' schedules and availability, walk-in bookings, attendance, make-ups and freezes, complaints inbox — the same system, inverted.
Built directly on the academy's functional spec — every flow the school runs day to day, designed as product.
Eight steps from "who's playing" to paid — branch, instrument, teacher, package, slot. Only free slots are ever shown.
One parent login, every child a sub-profile — instruments, levels and teacher notes each on their own track.
Session packs that lower the per-lesson rate, auto or manual renewal — and a one-week hold on your exact slot if you lapse.
The Halloween and Spring concerts, in-app — backing track or live band, teacher recommendations, and audience tickets.
Reminders 24 hours and 1 hour out, receipts, renewal warnings and teacher notes — push for the moment, email for the record.
"We actually read these." Suggestions, complaints and compliments straight to branch staff — with a 24-hour reply promise.
Lessons, band formations, events, rehearsals & live performances — for all ages. The app is location-aware from the first tap.
The interface is only half the work. Underneath it, every screen obeys the academy's actual policies — the same rules the front desk runs on, encoded once and enforced everywhere.
